CABBAGE

It has 33 calories in cup of cooked cabbage,is low and fat and high in fiber. It is full of vitamin K and anthocyanins that help with mental function and concentration.Cabbage helps dry up oily and ance skins. It helps keep blood pressure from getting high. It has well-known cancer preventative compounds.

OKRA (LADY'S FINGER)

Okra is very low in calories and dense with nutrients. It is high in fiber, vitamin A, C, and folate content.It is also a good source of the B vitamins, vitamin K, calcium, potassium, iron, zinc, and traces of magnesium and manganese.

Okra is one of those few vegetables which have the highest content of phytonutrients and antioxidants such as beta-carotene, xanthin and lutein.

CHAWLI (LONG BEANS)

Cluster beans contain glyconutrients that help in controlling blood sugar levels in the body. Gavar beans contain calcium, a mineral, which helps in strengthening the bones and thus, prevent bone loss.Gavar exerts heart healthy effects by lowering the blood levels of bad cholesterol (LDL) in the body.The presence of iron in gavar increases hemoglobin production, which in turn helps in proper blood supply in the body.

TOMATO

Vitamin A, present in tomatoes, helps to improve your eyesight as well as prevent night-blindness and macular degeneration. tomatoes contain large amounts of the antioxidant lycopene, that is effective in lowering the risk of cancer, especially lung, stomach and prostrate cancers. Vitamin K, which is controls bleeding and blood clotting, tomatoes help in blood circulation.

GREEN PEAS

Green peas are one of the most nutritious leguminous vegetables rich in health benefiting phyto-nutrients, minerals, vitamins and anti-oxidants.
